What type of information we have

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details)

• Client’s name, and email address for mailing list.

• We require to collect full name, full address, email, mobile number, landline number, for tenants (buyers) and landlord (sellers) for the duration of the tenancy agreement.

• We may also require financial data for proof of income for tenants (buyers).

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• A direct contact from Seller or Buyer’s solicitor

What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to submit an offer for lettings and buying properties, agreement principal for tenancy agreement approval and management contract.  

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored mailchimp.com.

We keep name and email address for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by the company administrator.

For the contractual client’s personal information, we will be store the information for 5 years (as HMRC accounting)

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
